The prices include all: accommodation, towels & bed linen, electricity & water, as well as final cleaning.   

General Remark: We accord special attention to offer our guests clean and well maintained apartments, located in decent buildings.    

Additional information: 
The check-in time is 14:00 PM, but if the apartment is ready, then you can check-in earlier. 
The check-out time is 11:00 AM, but if the apartment is not taken for the same day, then you can stay in the apartment for a late check-out free of charge.  

Means of reservation: In order to finalize your reservation we require money transfer for 20% of total price to our bank account (details to be sent to you by e-mail).
